Saturday, November 30th, from 4pm-8pm 
(Vendors may set up as early as 1:30pm. Have vehicles away from the vendor area no later than 3:30pm.)

Once the form is filled out we will confirm acceptance and you will need to pay the vendor fee of $10 to Wallburg Baptist Church, by check or in-person (3341 Wallburg Road, Winston-Salem). This is a non-refundable registration fee.

You must be 21 or over to be a vendor. If you are under 21, an adult 21 or over must be present with you at your booth. An adult must also fill out this registration form and list their name and phone number, along with your name and contact information.

If you decide to (drastically) change what you'll be selling from what you list, you will need pre-approval from the event coordinator.

This is an alcohol free, family-friendly event that follows biblical guidelines to make sure everyone can enjoy this event.
Vendor fee is $10 for a 10' X 10' outdoor space.
