Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.
1 Corinthians 16:13
Men of all ages coming together in fellowship through the Word and serving those in our church family and community.
Some examples of our service include cooking special meals, cleaning up around the church grounds, helping with necessary improvements, assisting other ministries with their events, and supporting the church’s community events.
We enjoy fellowship and Bible study at our meetings held the second Wednesday of every month at 6pm.

October 2023 Newsletter
I Timothy 6:11-16
But flee from these things, you man of God, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness. Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. I charge you in the presence of God, who gives life to all things, and of Christ Jesus, who testified the good confession before Pontius Pilate, that you keep the commandment without stain or reproach until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, which He will bring about at the proper time – He who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone possess immortality and dwells in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see. To Him be honor and eternal dominion! Amen.
CALLING ALL MEN at WBC - Please make plans to join us from 8am-10am on Saturday, October 7 in the Fellowship Hall for a breakfast meeting and some fantastic fellowship and discipleship time.
This month, we have several outreach ministries planned and we hope you can join us for these.
On Friday, October 6, we will be feeding the Oak Grove High School Football Team in the Fellowship Hall.
On Friday, October 20, we will be feeding the Oak Grove High School Band at OGHS at 5pm.
If you have any questions or need any additional information on these opportunities, please contact Brad Everts.
On Saturday, November 4, the Baptist Men will be holding our annual Brunswick Stew fundraiser. We will be taking pre-orders again this year. More details will follow in the coming weeks on pre-orders and opportunities to help serve at this fundraiser. This is our largest fundraiser of the year and the money raised is used to support various outreach ministries, as well as our children’s and youth ministries.
We are always seeking opportunities to serve our church and community. If you know of any opportunities in which the Baptist Men can be of assistance, please contact Brad Everts or the church office.
